This privacy policy sets out how Minapsys uses and protects any information that you give to Minapsys Corporation when you use our website or the Minapsys™ Software product utilizing the Mindafication™ process.

The Minapsys Corporation is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.


What we collect
We may collect the following information:

  • Name, company, and job title

  • Contact information including email addresses, including both yours and your group participant’s e-mail addresses, i.e. those of the "Minds"

  • Demographic information such as zip code, preferences and interests

  • Inputs, comments, voting preferences and other information input by you during a Minapsys inquiry. These results may be anonymous or non-anonymous depending on the choice of the individual running the Minapsys inquiry, the "Mind Master".


What we do with the information we gather
We require this information to run the Mindafication process and also understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • To run the Mindafication process and provide the results of the inquiries, voting results and feedback from the "Mind Master" (the individual initiating and requesting the Minapsys inquiry) to the other participants for review and voting. The results or inputs into an inquiry will not be shared outside of the individuals involved in that particular inquiry, unless all participants are notified of this fact in advance. These results may be anonymous or non- anonymous to the "Mind Master", and this status will be clear to the participants on the response input screens.

  • To contact users if there is a problem or issue when running an inquiry.

  • Internal record keeping.

  • We may use the information to improve our products and services.

  • We will never sell, distribute or lease your information to a third party, unless we have your express written permission.


We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures. The results or inputs into an inquiry will not be shared outside of the individuals involved in that particular inquiry, unless all participants are notified of this fact in advance. We cannot control and are not responsible for information released or used without our permission by users of the Minapsys Software.
